We launch a new seasonal beer menu every 3 months, and the menu for April-June 2011 landed this week. For Spring we’ve replaced 15 of our 40 bottled beers.
Some highlights are Schneider Weisse Aventinus, a cracking, rich ruby 8.2% doublebock. Bristol Beer Factory are providing us with their rounded best bitter No.7 and their lovely Spring suited tropical pale ale/IPA middleground called Southville Hop. Equally suited to Spring is Oakham Citra, the cleanest drinking pale ale we can find. There’s also good news on the sweeter and fruitier end of our beers with Lindemans Faro, Lindemans Cassis, Brussels Kriek and Meantime Raspberry all shouting for your attention!
