Sunday 9th January sees the launch of our new Sunday Roast food menu.  Served from 12noon-9pm, along with our usual extensive range of craft beers and real ales, you can download a copy here -

The main roast dishes include…

Pugh’s suckling pig, duck fat potatoes, carrots, sprout tops & bramley apple sauce
Roast free range chicken, duck fat potatoes, carrots, sprout tops & bread sauce
Whole braised shoulder of Herdwick lamb, duck fat potatoes, carrots & sprout tops (serves 4-5)
Rare roast aged sirloin, duck fat potatoes, carrots, sprout tops & horseradish cream
Roast butternut squash, roast potatoes, butterbeans, carrots, sprout tops & creamed leeks
